Micro Cresses

Micro cresses are grown hydroponically, in single variety 250g punnets or 1.5kg mega trays. 

We also offer clients a bulk 'banquet' option - a box of 12 assorted cresses, customisable to our client's needs. Our banquet boxes are very economical, travel exceptionally well and have excellent shelf-life, making them a favourite amongst chefs locally and overseas.
